Jeff and Trenton have been active in Omaha’s commercial real estate business and have also been involved in community and political organizations. Meet the Hosts!


  • Trenton Magid



    Trenton Magid, a principal at World Group, has been a major player in
    Omaha’s commercial real estate market since 1993.  Before entering the real estate field, he owned a film and video company in Los Angeles. 

    Outside the office, Trenton sits on three Sanitary Improvement District boards and participates in several community organizations.  After growing up in Omaha, he received a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.  Trenton and his wife, Ammy, were married in September 2006. 





    Jeff Beals


    Jeff Beals is vice president of operations at World Group.  He was previously
    Dean of Student Affairs at Clarkson College in Omaha.
    In addition to his full-time position, he is an award-winning author and travels the nation as a professional speaker. 

    Mr. Beals has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and once hosted a television show on WOWT Channel 6. 
    An Omaha native, Jeff holds Master of Arts and Bachelor of Journalism degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Jeff and his wife, Stephanie,
    have two children, Jack and Maddie.
