One of the comments points out the old argument "if you had a family member killed by someone on the phone."  I HAVE lost 2 family members due to negligence.  One a doctor that chose to ignore my brothers symptoms until too late, and the other was a business owner that chose to ignore the fact that his company truck was defective and needed repair.  Believe me, I understand anger and wanting to blame.  However, this article makes the point that we are all responsible for our actions and too many laws are already on the books that don't work.  I am against HANDS FREE talking bans.
