I hate working out. Busted my backside when I was in sports, did all I could to maintain a healthy lifestyle for many years and for the most part it came pretty easy.
Then that damn drunk hit me while I was on my bike. As you may have heard, it messed me up pretty bad. There was a lot of discussion on what I would or would NOT be able to do.
I wasn't happy with that. I was determined to get back to my old self.
And I did!
But then I said screw it. I stopped working out. I wasn't as active as before mostly because I was so tired of the pain.
I have healed with very little pain, not done yet, but getting close.
But a bad thing happened. I got fat. I gained 25 pounds in about 18 months.
Heck with it, I am doing something about it and Wii Fit is helping.
I also started Medifast. I wanted something to kick start my plan. Heck I am 44 and haven't done anything healthy for a while I needed the help
I am just over 20 pounds away from my goal, I hope to hit it, but already I feel better about myself.
