Gov. Dave Heineman Governor Heineman has called out some legislators who support state paid pre-natal care for illegal aliens. The Governor is opposed. He also talked about his effort to cut income taxes that was reduced in the legislative session and why he is opposed to a bill that would allow voters to increase the local sales tax in certain circumstances.
