This conversation came about after the sentencing of a Beatrice man in a violent sexual assault case. He discusses what would be needed to establish how long someone serves, and that they actually serve that full time.
And Jerry Hudson ON the News talked about Bob Costas comments during the halftime of Sunday Night Football about Javon Berlcher's murder-suicide spree last Saturday, and suggested that if Belcher had not been able to have a gun, he and his girlfriend would still be alive.
