On Thursday’s Show:
Christie Herrera is Vice-President of Policy for the Foundation for Government Accountability, and shew as joined by Jim Vokal, executive director of the Platte Institute for Economic Research. Herrera is here to testify before a legislature committee in opposition to LB 577 which would lead to a Medicaid expansion as part of Obamacare. Herrera says that an expansion would be incredibly costly for the state and provide a lower quality of medical care than what is available from private insurance.
