A 39-year-old man who was drunk while driving his tractor through Norfolk in northeast Nebraska has been given two to four years in prison.
Erik Vogel, of Battle Creek, was sentenced on Friday for drunken driving, third offense. Vogel was fined $1,000, and his license was revoked for 15 years.
Police say the tractor was weaving in his lane as he drove in Norfolk on Jan. 6. His blood later tested out at nearly four times the legal limit.
