A former employee with the Nebraska prison system has been accused of having sex with a parolee.

26 year old Anoroy Loyuk was arrested on suspicion of first-degree sexual abuse of a parolee, which is felony. Nebraska law forbids corrections employees from having sex with inmates or parolees, even if it's consensual.
Officials say Loyuk, who worked for the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services for four years, resigned shortly before his arrest last week.
