The retiring prosecutor will teach at UNO and Bellevue.

After eighteen years as Omaha's city prosecutor... and more than 30 years in the office... Marty Conboy is ready for the next chapter.

He's retiring at the end of this month.

Conboy says he's most proud of the work he's done to help the legislature strengthen drunk driving laws and prevent repeat offenders from driving drunk again. "Nebraska, I think has the best DUI law in the country," he said. "And our efforts here are leading the nation in terms of what where doing here in Omaha."

Conboy says he plans to teach at UNO and Bellevue, and may practice part time.
