Jon Zadina wrecked shortly after drinking at David and Donna Newell's home.
A Papillion couple is cited in connection with a a crash that killed an 18-year-old from La Vista.
Last week, Jon Zadina was killed after wrapping his car around a tree in a Papillion neighborhood. Police say the crash happened after Zadina had left the house of David and Donna Newell, where several teens were drinking alcohol.
Police say the Newells were present during the gathering. They've been cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Zadina dies less than three blocks from their home
