A Douglas County judge on Thursday agreed with prosecutors and defense attorneys who believe 23-year-old Greg Dodds may not be competent to stand trial.

Dodds is charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of 22-year-old Vedant Patel in March.

Dodds has been sent to a psychiatric hospital in Lincoln.
