Omaha police say 38-year-old Francis Cayou is now in custody
Cayou and the other three men, 24-year-old Adam Gamble, 22-year-old Joshua Vanackeren and 26-year-old Matthew Saunsoci all are facing charges in the killing of 16 year old Montrell Wiseman. A murder warrant has been issued for another man, 20-year-old Angelo Tolbert, who hasn't been caught.
Police say Wiseman was shot shortly before 2:30 a.m. Sunday while he was outside a relatives house near 21st and Binney. Wiseman died at the scene and a 16-year-old girl was wounded.
Cayou, Gamble, Vanackeren and Saunsoci are being held in Douglas County Jail. Wiseman's family says their son was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
