Police say one woman is dead and another hospitalized after a shooting near 35th and Redick.
Officers were sent to reports of a shooting about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday. Neighbors say they heard between 15 and 20 shots and a woman screaming.
The two women were rushed to Nebraska Medical Center for treatment. Police say one of the victims soon died at the hospital. There's no word on the condition of the other victim.
The victims' names haven't been released, and no arrests have been reported.
