The Nebraska State Patrol says the threats were received late Friday morning

The patrol says the calls were made between 11:00 and 11:30 to the courthouses in Cass, Gage, Jefferson, Johnson, Lancaster, Otoe, Richardson, Saline and Seward counties.

The first call came into Otoe County, with the last call received in Lancaster County.  In each case, a male caller indicated there was an explosive device in the courthouse.

Local authorities evacuated and cleared the buildings. No credible threat was found at any of the locations receiving the calls.

Anyone with information that might aid in the investigation into the source of the calls is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
