Council Bluffs Police Continue To Investigate The Death Of A Homeless Man
Council Bluffs police continue their investigation into the death of a 34-year-old homeless man that was found dead in a wooded area along North 15th Street near the railroad tracks.
Police say it appears he was digging a hole for shelter or to store his belongings when he fell in and was trapped.
No foul play is suspected.
The man’s name has not yet been released.
