The Nebraska State Patrol finds 2,300 pounds of marijuana in a rental truck.
Just before 10:00 am Sunday morning a trooper stopped the truck near the Bradshaw I-80 interchange for failure to signal a turn. The trooper was given permission to search the truck and 101 bundles of marijuana were found.
The driver, James C. Valimont of Glendale Arizona was taken into custody and jailed in York County. He was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
