Investigators say Zachary Austin's pickup struck an eastbound SUV driven by Mackenzie Bougher.
Authorities have now released the names of the both in a fatal collision between a pickup and a sport utility vehicle in Papillion.
The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office identified says Zachary Austin drove his northbound pickup through a stop sign controlling a rural intersection southwest of Papillion around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday. Investigators say the pickup struck an eastbound SUV driven by Mackenzie Bougher.
Austin was pronounced dead at the scene. Bougher is being treated at an Omaha hospital.
Power lines knocked down during the crash caused power outages in some parts of Papillion.
