A Facebook posting led to the arrest of a man accused of stealing hunting gear.
Police in southern Nebraska say a Facebook posting led to the arrest of a man accused of stealing hunting gear.
Jacob Shaw faces one count of felony theft by receiving stolen property worth more than $1,500.
The Buffalo County Sheriff's Office says Shaw stole duck and goose decoys and boats from a hunting cover near the city of Gibbon. They say Shaw then posted photos of the equipment with his contact information on a Facebook exchange page.
Shaw is being held at the county jail. He is scheduled in court later this month.
