Josh Watts, of Waverly, pleaded no contest on Tuesday to generation of child pornography, sexual assault and sexual assault of a child.

A southeast Nebraska man has changed his pleas after halting his trial while his accuser was testifying against him.

Josh Watts, of Waverly, pleaded no contest on Tuesday to generation of child pornography, sexual assault and sexual assault of a child.

Prosecutors say an 18-year-old woman told Lancaster County sheriff's deputies in July that she had been sexually assaulted by Watts since she was 11.

In his opening trial statement on Monday, Watts' attorney, Chad Wythers, said the horrible allegations were ``just not true.''

Watts' accuser, who has since turned 19, was on the stand Tuesday when Watts stopped the trial to enter his new pleas.
