Matthew LeCrone was convicted just last month in another sexual assault case.
A man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child starting in 2007 in eastern Nebraska's Saunders County.
A news release from the office of County Attorney Scott Tingelhoff says Matthew LeCrone of Papillion was charged with a felony count of sexually assaulting a child. The girl's age was not released.
LeCrone was convicted in nearby Dodge County and sentenced on Nov. 8 to a year in jail for misdemeanor sexual assault. LeCrone had pleaded no contest after several other charges were dropped.
LeCrone's attorney in the Dodge County case said he knew nothing about the Saunders County allegations.
