52-year-old Jeffrey Glazebrrok was sentenced Monday to 30 to 60 years in prison for threatening a witness at his 2009 murder trial.

Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning says Glazebrook was sentenced on Monday to the long terms because he was classified as a habitual offender.
Glazebrook had been convicted of tampering with a witness and making terroristic threats. Jurors said they'd seen Glazebrook surreptitiously trying to signal death threats to the witness.
Glazebrook was convicted in 2009 of killing 97-year-old Sadie McReynolds, of Ashland, in 1977.
The Nebraska Supreme Court reversed the conviction and ordered a new trial. The Saunders County attorney later moved to dismiss the murder charge to ensure that Glazebrook wouldn't evade prosecution because of any time delay.
