A bullet from a gun fired into the air to celebrate New Year's came down in a north Omaha family's living room.
James Nichol said on Tuesday that after ripping through the roof and ceiling, the bullet rolled under the Christmas tree.
Nichol says his house was filled with family members on New Year's Eve.
He says people don't need to fire guns into the air to celebrate and says, ``This is scary to me.''
