Omaha Police made the arrest outside an apartment complex
Officers were called to the Cambridge Apartments at 5109 south 97th Plaza around 11:45 Thursday morning to investigate a burglary
The man called 911 and told dispatchers that he was at a different location viewing his webcam and could see someone inside his apartment.
Officers arrived and found the man in the parking lot outside of the apartment building. Police say he had items belonging to the victim. 31 year old Ronney Perry was booked for one count of Burglary.
