KFAB's Sean Callahan says Terrell Newby could be an immediate impact player for the Huskers
Callahan believes Newby could be the top recruit coach Bo Pelini has ever landed. Newby had back-to-back 2,000-yard rushing seasons and ran for more than 100 touchdowns in his career at Chaminade High School in Los Angeles.
Newby selected Nebraska over UCLA and Oregon. "Nebraska built a strong relationship early on in the process and I think that's what paid off in the end," Callahan told 1110 KFAB.
