Douglas County Sheriff's investigators say a 48 year old Valley woman was killed this morning on old Highway 275 near Ida Street
The Sheriff’s department says the accident happened around 6:45 a.m. 48 year old Tammy Harris lost control of her pickup on Ida Street and veered into an oncoming van driven by driven by Noah Brase of Yutan.
The sheriff's department says the front of Brase's van struck Harris' passenger door. Harris died at the scene.
The fog and icy road conditions were contributing circumstances to this accident. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
