Drake Northrup was convicted in the murder of Kris Winters in 2011

24-year-old Drake Northrop was sentenced on Thursday to 10 years in prison and given credit for nearly 570 days served already. Northrop pleaded no contest and was convicted of conspiracy.
He's the last person to be sentenced for the killing of Winters during a bothced robbery at his home.
Marqus Patton, Nicholas Ely and Ryan Elseman have been given life sentences. Emily Gusman was sent to the state's Youth Detention Center because she was 15 when Winters was killed in July 2011.
