The 16 year old is accused of bringing an airsoft pistol to school on Wednesday
The Sarpy County Attorney's Office tells 1110 KFAB 16 year old Daejawntae Goings has been charged with tamperring with physical evidence, which is a felony. He is also charged with terroristic threats and disturbing the peace, which are misdemeanors.
Bellevue Police say the pistol looks like a real handgun and shoots plastic pelets. Police say Goings did not point the gun at anyone.
The school was briefly evacuated after the incident.
