Man says he was shot while picking up property
Investigators say around 11:00 Monday morning a man walked into the Southeast police precinct with a gunshot wound.
38 year old Louis Ramos said he went to a house near 21st and Q Street to get some property. He was taken to the basement by a man armed with gun. Ramos and the man got into an altercation and police say the suspect pointed the gun at his head.
Police say when Ramos tried to grab it, the gun fired and he suffered a grazing wound. The suspect let him go and Ramos went for help.
Officers went to the house took three people into custody for questioning. The investigation continues and so far no arrests have been made.
