Ronald Lee Farr is facing attempted murder and other charges
Council Bluffs Police arrested the 30 year old Farr in Harlan. He is charged with three counts of attempted murder, two counts of willfull injury causing serious injury and one count of going armed with intent.
Farr is accused of shooting 22 year old Heather Wilson several times in the parking lot of the Indian Hills Village Apartments on the east side of town around 5:40 Tuesday morning.
Wilson was shot as she put her 19 month old son in the car. The boy was struck once in the arm. Both will surive.
