Anthony Utterback is in custody and is being held in Douglas County Jail.
Omaha Police say the 24-year-old man who was stabbed near 40th and Y Street early Friday morning was Ryan O'Donnell.
O'Donnell was later pronounced dead at Creighton University Medical Center.
23-year-old Anthony Utterback was immediately taken into custody. He was booked for second-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
