The city of Council Bluffs, along with ConAgra and the Iowa West Foundation will present a free concert on Monday, May 27.

Among the groups performing will be Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Vintage Trouble, Satchel Grande, and Mojo Bag.

Playing With Fire was founded in 2004 by Council Bluffs businessman Jeff Davis as a gift to the Omaha and Council Bluffs community: a free concert series, accessible to everyone. It has grown to become one of the community’s music showcases, and is known as a mainstay of summer on the Lewis and Clark Landing.
