Two men were shot near 45th and Bedford around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon
Officer James Shade says two men were in a car near 45th and Bedford when someone in a passing vehicle opened fire. Shade says the victims tried to drive themselves to the hospital.
They spotted a police cruiser near Saddle Creek and California and pulled into a Subway restaurant parking lot where they flagged down the officers.
Paramedics rushed them to the hospital. One of the men is in critical, but stable condition. Both are expected to survive.
No arrests have been made and police ask anyone with information to call CrimeStoppers at 444-STOP.
