The husband of Lori Williams released a statement Friday
Lori Williams was one of four people injured when a basketball goal fell into the stands during a wrestling tournament in Weeping Water last week.
She is being treated at the Nebraska Medical Center. The statement said "While we're hopeful about her prognosis, Lori was seriously injured and has undergone several operations while at the med center. We sincerely appreciate all the thoughts, prayers and kind gestures from family members and friends during such a trying time for our family."
Another adult and two children were also injured. Their names and conditions have not been released.
