Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine says Raysean Barber was driving nearly 100 miles per hour on Saddle Creek Road when he hit another vehicle
Kleine has charged Barber with one count of motor vehicle homicide in connection with a deadly crash on February 3 at Saddle Creek and Poppleton.
Omaha Police say their investigation revealed that Barber was driving 98 miles per hour on Saddle Creek and was passing vehicles in a reckless manor. As he changed lanes, police say Barber slammed into a car driven by 60 year old Betty Warren.
Warren died from her injuries. Investigators say Barber's blood alcohol level was .14. If convicted, Barber faces up to 20 years in prison and loss of license for 15 years.
On Friday bond was set at $200-thousand.
