The arrest Thursday was secretly recorded by a neighbor. The arrest happened after officers responded to an on-going parking complaint in a north Omaha neighborhood.
The police department said in a written release Tuesday that Police Chief Todd Schmaderer had ordered the reassignments and the leave of one officer.
