Justine Dubois was bound over for trial on eight counts.
A 24-year-old woman accused of pulling a gun on a paramedic in the back of an ambulance will stand trial in the case.
Justine Dubois appeared in Douglas County Court on Tuesday for her preliminary hearing, where she was bound over for trial on eight counts, including assault and theft.
Dubois was arrested July 1, accused of driving a stolen car, but then appeared to have a seizure in the police car.
Police say that while paramedics were taking Dubois to a hospital, she pulled a gun and started making threats. Both Dubois and an Omaha firefighter were wounded by gunfire in a struggle.
In court on Tuesday, prosecutors said officials believe Dubois hid the gun in a wadded-up shirt that she had in the waistband of her pants
