A Lincoln woman suspected of leaving the scene of a fatal accident has surrendered to police. Police say Kinley Queen was jailed after turning herself in early Saturday morning. Police think she was driving a minivan that struck William Springer as he crossed a Lincoln street around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Queen faces a felony charge of leaving the scene of an injury accident. Online court records don't list the case yet. A Lancaster County jailer said Queen remained in custody on Monday.
