Omaha police found the injured man at a gas station near 114th and West Dodge Road around 8:30 Tuesday morning
Omaha Police say the 38 year old victim claimed that he was attacked during a home invasion at his house on south 111th Street earlier this morning.
Officers found the victim’s roommate at their home, but he did not have any information about a home invasion or cutting. Officers found evidence of a possible assault.
Alex Dominguez told officers that several people held him down and cut his lip with a pocket knife. Dominguez was unable to provide officers with any additional information. He was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center for treatment.
