I'd planned on starting this morning's 10:00 hour with talk about the cig tax vote before the Council today.  Then, a story by Tony Wike about a woman getting a sandwich to the face got Lucy, Randy, and me going ... and -- next thing you know -- women are growing ears on their arms.  Happens every time.
