The next edition of the 1110 KFAB Gourmet Club meets at Billy's Restaurant in Lincoln (13th and H, in the shadow of the Capitol) on Tuesday, October 30th, 6:30.
For $45/person, you'll be treated to a live murder mystery dinner theater, all the James ArthurVineyards wine you care to (responsibly) drink, and the following menu...
Apps served family style:
Signature Crab Cakes w/ a creamy dill sauce
The best bruchetta in town
Chicken Satay Skewers with our signature tangy peanut sauce
Salad w/ walnut, parmesan & raspberry vinaigrette
Choice of dinner entree:
Pork Loin finished with a pineapple; cranberry chutney served with parsley new potatoes and steamed veggies
Baked Salmon finished with dill served w/ risotto and grilled asparagus
