16-year-old Omaha South junior Montrell Wiseman was visiting family near 21st and Binney Sunday morning when gang members gunned them down.
The trigger man was allegedly 20-year-old Angelo Tolbert.
But Tolbert should have already been locked up for his felonious actions this past January. Instead, a judge let him slide.
