PRANK GRAND CANYON IMAGE GOES VIRAL

A 22-year-old woman who posted a photo to Reddit.com, which appears to show her hanging from a cliff at the Grand Canyon, has attracted thousands of comments on the site and nearly two million views on Imgur.com since it went up on November 15th.

Samantha Busch's caption says it all: "Mom was worried about my trip to the Grand Canyon, I sent her this picture."

She told ABC News, "For five days up before I went on this trip, she was worried about us visiting the Grand Canyon, because 'people are dumb, they fall off, the wind blows over them the edge.' So... I found a cool little spot that I could sneak into look like I am falling off, and I thought that would be a great picture to send back home to my parents, who were worried about me." Her mother Rebecca said, "My heart just dropped for 30 seconds."
