In a first for 1110 KFAB's Gourmet Club, we're revisiting a restaurant that hosted us so perfectly last summer -- Sullivan's Steakhouse at 15th and Farnam!

Here was the scene last June:

Chef Chris Daley set the place on fire (literally, but in a controlled sense) with his live cooking demonstration, and he's looking forward to putting on a show for us on Friday, February 22nd.  Starting at 6:30, those who were lucky enough to get a reservation will enjoy ...

Soup or Salad: Choice of Mixed Greens Salad w/ vinaigrette dressing or Mushroom Bisque

Filet of Salmon with Buerre Blanc

Roasted Chicken, Piccatta-style

Side: Horseradish Whipped Potatoes & Brussel Sprouts

Dessert:  House-made Warm Chocolate Cake w/ ice cream

Coffee is included -- anything you want from the wine cellar is extra.
