The Next 1110 KFAB Gourmet Club is Tuesday, March 19th, 6:30 p.m., at Liberty Tavern within the Downtown Hilton! 

THIS WILL BE OUR LARGEST GOURMET CLUB YET, AND IT IS YET ANOTHER SELL-OUT!!!

For $35/person, you will be treated to a spectacular four-course meal, a live cooking demonstration by Chef David Westenberg, and food/fun/fellowship with fellow members of KFAB Nation.  (Tax, gratuity, and drinks extra.)

Our menu for the evening:

Starter

 Smoked Cheddar Southern grit cake topped with Creole spiced Shrimp.

Chipotle pepper chutney

 

Salad

 Cosmo Zuchini rolled Mesculun Green salad.

Topped with cucumber and dried cranberry relish with feta cheese

And cosmo vinaigrette

 

  Entrée

 Merlot braised Nebraska Short Rib served with Pan seared Root vegetables,

Peruvian purple potatoes and finished with a Fennel demiglace

 

Dessert

 Chocolate Sampler

Dark Chocolate Pistachio truffle, White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake bite,

Milk Chocolate Pots De Crème, Bittersweet Chocolate Dipped Short bread cookie.
