OUTRAGE OVER MAN WHO TATTOOED DOGS

I paid a lot of money for my dogs. I take care of them."
According to USA Today, dog tattoos are becoming more and more popular despite PETA's objections.

A man in Arlington, Virginia who woke up after a night of drinking to find a drawing of a wenis on his face was arrested after he beat up his roommate in retaliation to the prank.
James Denham Watson allegedly saw the drawing then went into his roommate's room, jumped on top of him and started to punch him in the face. Another roommate in the house separated the two, but the prankster had to be taken to the hospital and treated for a swollen and bleeding eye.
After his hospital visit he decided to press charges against his roommate over the beating. Watson was arrested and charged with malicious beating.
His mugshot looks as if he tried to wash the drawing off his face but didn't quite succeed.
