Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenager. 16 year old Joshua Lutz was reported missing on Sunday evening from Sidney, Iowa
The Fremont County Sheriff's Department was last seen wearing American flag swim trunks with no shoes or shirt. Joshua is 5'6" tall with brown eyes.
