No Citations Expected In The Death Of Child At Lincoln Pumpkin Patch

Authorities say they don't anticipate any citations in the death of a toddler at a Lincoln pumpkin patch.

The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office says investigators are still waiting for final autopsy results, so the case is still open but that nothing criminal has turned up, so no citations are expected.

On October 3rd emergency crews were called to JK's Pumpkin Patch, just north of Lincoln, when a gust of wind hit a bounce pad. It sent the pad flying 40 yards taking two year old Caleb Acuna with in. The boy suffered critical injured and died two days later. His  five year old sister was also injured in the incident.
