Man Arrested After Bluffs Home Invasion

An Omaha man is behind bars in Council Bluffs following a home home invasion.

Council Bluffs Police say officers had been attempting to locate 27 year old Joshua McCoy on Thursday for charges of criminal mischief and a protection order violation on warrants out of Nebraska.

He faces a number of charges including Fugitive from Justice for the Nebraska warrant, Third Degree Burglary, Second Degree Criminal Mischief, First Degree Harassment, Violation of a Protection Order and Interference with Official Acts.
