One Yale Park Apartment Building Cleared City Inspection

The "For Rent" sign is back out at Yale Park Apartments. City inspectors checked "Property A" and it passed inspection. The building is made up of four units and inspectors say problems have been fixed.

The Property Maintenance Appeals Board gave owner, Kay Anderson, a 90 day layover, with stipulations, that 10 more units must be finished by the time he "reappears".

Anderson says he has a waiting list for renters for two of the buildings.

The City of Omaha closed the complex last September after inspectors found more than 1,000 code violations. The complex is made up of 13 buildings with 100 units.
