A Lyft driver charged with sexual assault had bond set at $400,000.
39 year old Komlanvi Avitso was in court today.Documents filed in court show that a female passenger called police on May 19th and she reported "she believed she may have been sexually assaulted" by her Lyft driver.
Court and police records show DNA evidence from a sexual assault kit on the victim that matched Avitso. Prosecutors say they also have phone evidence of the crime. 6 News reports court documents state that video evidence was also recovered.
